The Company Flexi Development was established in 2015. Since 2016 our company has actively started searching for interesting projects.
In summer of 2017, Flexi Development started building of its first multi-apartment residential complex in Gldani distrit, which was completed by the end of 2018.
The company continues to be successful on the real estate development market. At this stage, the construction works of a new project “Flexi Bagebi” are being in progress in an ecologically clean district in Tbilisi, which will be completed in the fall of 2019.
In spring of 2019, our company launches a new, multi-apartment residential construction project in Vazisubani.
